Ayurveda is original medicine system from India. The name has been popular since thousand years ago.
It is contain two words, which is Ayur meaning "Live" and Veda meaning "Science".

From handling and processes the the substances of products until packaging, as well as following good manufacturing practice (GMP), a standard requirement for manufacturers of foods and medications.
Ayurveda and Yoga are recognized by the government of India.
The first recognition granting by India Medicine Act in 1970.
There are several mandatory items from Central Council, included standardized training for prescription medicine, advices central government related to recognition or withdrawal of medical qualification in traditional medicine in India, maintains the central register of of Indian medicines, revises the register, and some other listing act.
